She lived in Sanford, Maine until her parents divorce in 1975, when she moved to Wells with her mother, and finally to South Portland, when her mother married Richard (Dick) Dunlop. Greg was predeceased by his father. Bud worked as a parking lot attendant for Ward Bros. and then at the Parking Garage for the City of Lewiston until his retirement in 1996. She is survived by her son, Michael Seely and his wife Cheryl of South Portland; daughters, Theresa McAloon and her husband James of Portland, Kimberly Seely of Cumberland, Cheryl Meyer and her husband Chris of Buxton; grandchildren, Jason Hafner of Auburn, Ashley and Alisha Seely of South Portland, Katelyn and Kelsey McAloon of Portland, Seamus and Keegan Meyer of Buxton; brother, Robert Smykowski and his wife Peggy of Lombard, Ill.; sister, Carol Lukowski and her husband Roy of Illinois; and several nieces, and nephews. She worked in the library in Massachusetts Hall at Bowdoin College and was an assistant to the registrar at the college. She went to nursing school at Maine Medical, doing two years of classes in one year. He enjoyed hunting, family horses, working in the woods and was a real outdoorsman. With heartfelt gratitude we praise Dr. Hattan and the entire staff at Clover Health Care for the loving care and attention; making moms final days the most comfortable possible; and the support they gave to her family. Polisky and his wife, Cynthia, of Auburn; five grandchildren, Megan, Kurtis, Austin, Ethan and Brandon Polisky; two sisters, Jeannette Cappella and Delores Larrivee, and a brother, Donald Foster, all of Massachusetts. She was an advocate for her own care and was not afraid to speak up if she had questions. Throughout the many years after his retirement, he had the pleasure of meeting former students.
